Lightly padded watch strap in Vegetable Tanned Havana Harness leather.  The strap is approximately 6mm thick at the lugs tapering to 3mm.
 
This harness leather is vegetable tanned in traditional pits. Once the leather has been tanned it is then hot stuffed with oils and tallows that penetrate through the hide giving a smooth rich colour.  Due to the tanning process this leather is firmer than most and will require 'breaking in' more than other leathers, but with wear the strap will conform to your wrist and you will be rewarded with a beautiful depth of colour and patina.
 
The strap pictured is a 22mm parallel strap with black dyed hand burnished edges and hand stitched at 2.5 stitches per cm in Black. Fitted with a 18mm logo free keeper and the manufacturer's bronze buckle.
