Shipping & Returns

Domestic (United Kingdom) Shipping

UK Shipping is FREE.

We use Royal Mail First Class Signed For.  This should take 24 hours from despatch but please allow 48 hours in case of delays in the postal system.

A Tracking Number will be sent to you via email upon despatch of your item.

PLEASE NOTE: The above quoted times my be longer due to Corona Virus restrictions in you local area.

International Shipping (EU & Rest of the World)

International shipments are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For.

Typical delivery time is 5-8 working days.

A Tracking Number will be sent to you via email upon despatch of your item.

Contact Details

The delivery address and contact details are the responsibility of the customer and items will be despatched to the address provided at checkout unless a change has been made and subsequently agreed.  The customer is responsible for the the accuracy and any additional fees incurred for providing incorrect details.

Duties & Taxes

It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their local duties and taxes levied on shipments from the United Kingdom. All local duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

PLEASE NOTE: As of the 31st December 2020 the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union, therefore local duties and taxes maybe levied if ordering from with the EU.

Returns & Refunds

We are sure you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.  In the unlikely event that you are not happy you can return the item for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt.

Returned items need to be in their original condition and packaging, and must have not have been mounted to your watch and worn or used.  Refunds will be issued on receipt of the returned item.

Return postage will be at the expense of the buyer.

We cannot accept returns when:

  1. Items have been visibly worn, damaged, marked or are smelling of toiletries or smoke etc.

  2. Your ordered a completely bespoke item that we are not able to resell due to the bespoke nature or any form of personalisation.

We are reasonable people and our reputation depends wholly on your complete satisfaction.  Rest assured we will do our utmost to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.

All products are the full responsibility of the customer until they have arrived back with us at AD Leather Designs.
